Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking safe valet drivers with warm smiles who enjoy interacting with people to deliver a seamless parking experience. You will work with a knowledgeable team dedicated to customer care and efficiency.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, explaining rates, following traffic laws, and signaling safety, with an emphasis on punctuality, uniform presentation, and proactive communication with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus
• Availability to work special shifts (nights/weekends)
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
• Good math skills to handle currency and transactions

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and violations to management.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and freeways for smooth service.
• Attend shifts in clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
