Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is looking for motivated Valet drivers who enjoy interacting with people and delivering exceptional service. You’ll inspect vehicles, explain rates, and help create a seamless parking experience for clients, while adhering to safety rules and traffic laws.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Basic math and ability to handle US currency.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, finding new ways to solve problems that may arise, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
• Come to work in your clean uniform every scheduled shift, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
