Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis company) is hiring a Valet Driver for the Westin Hotel campus. Earn $9/hour plus tips, with opportunities to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspect vehicles, assist guests, and maintain a professional appearance while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. This is a full-time position with tips eligible on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work special shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers and ensure safe driving practices.
• Follow traffic laws and report accidents or hazards to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for seamless transportation.
