Job summary

SP+ is hiring valet drivers in Milwaukee, offering customer-focused service and a fast-paced environment. You will drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while maintaining safety and professionalism. The role includes handling customer questions, explaining rates, and following all traffic laws.

As a valued team member, you will wear a clean uniform, work scheduled shifts (including weekends), and contribute to a positive guest experience. Tips are eligible in addition to the hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read, write, and handle US currency and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless ride experience.
• Arrive on time in clean uniform for every shift and stay in uniform.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
