Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Missouri is seeking dependable valet drivers who enjoy interacting with customers and providing a seamless parking experience. You will greet guests, assist with vehicle parking, and work with a friendly team to ensure excellent service.

You will inspect cars, explain rates, follow traffic laws, and promptly report hazards or incidents. The job requires a neat uniform, punctuality, and flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with current address
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (documentation required)
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and teammates
• Comfort with reading and handling U.S. currency
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and proactively communicating with clients
• Inspect every vehicle before parking and note findings
• Explain valet rates to customers
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management
• Know local streets and landmarks for a smooth customer experience
• Maintain a clean, complete uniform and be on time for every shift
• Assist management with other duties as assigned
