Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in St. Louis, MO is seeking friendly Valet drivers to deliver secure, courteous service to customers. You will handle vehicle checks, explain rates, and ensure a seamless transportation experience while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, maintaining a neat uniform, and supporting management as needed. Prior valet or driving experience is a plus; tips are available in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks for a seamless customer experience.
• Wear a clean uniform, arrive on time and stay in uniform during shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
