Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate (Valet Driver) at InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.

No prior experience is required. Weekends are required, 2nd shift preferred. Starting pay is $12/hour plus $6–$9/hour in tips, with benefits including medical, dental and vision; eligibility for 401k offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One month related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates, procedures, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, keys, and revenue records for valet operations.
