Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Baltimore is seeking friendly Valet drivers to deliver a warm, professional guest experience. You will greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles safely, explain valet rates, and ensure timely, accurate service.

You must hold a valid state driver’s license with a clean record; ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus; be available for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends; eligibility to work in the U.S.; and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. Tips are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, and communicating proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless customer experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
