Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking safe Valet drivers to provide friendly, prompt service at locations in Baltimore. You will interact with customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and explain rates while upholding safety and company policies.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus, and availability for weekends or late shifts. Tips may supplement hourly pay. Join a team that emphasizes safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends as needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. documents required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read, write, and handle US currency, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents or hazards to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for seamless service.
• Attend shifts in uniform, on time and ready to work.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
