Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Valet Driver at DULLES VA to provide seamless parking experiences for clients and guests. You will inspect vehicles, explain rates, and ensure safe driving while interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive a manual transmission, and availability for second/third shifts and weekends. You will work with a team, maintain a neat uniform, and follow policies to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond to customer problems professionally.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes and delays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it and noting findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways for seamless transportation.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
