Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Crowne Plaza Dulles location in Herndon, VA. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage and transportation needs, and promote hotel amenities and local attractions.

Responsibilities include parking/valet support, safe guest transport, and providing directions. A High School diploma and 3–6 months of related experience are preferred; a CDL is required. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
• A valid CDL is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide a warm welcome.
• Promote hotel amenities and services and act as an ambassador for the city.
• Park guest vehicles or retrieve valet-parked vehicles when needed.
• Transport guests safely and promptly using hotel transportation resources.
• Assist guests with directions and local recommendations.
