Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a courteous Valet Parking Attendant at Hyatt Regency Dulles in Herndon, VA. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain driveway flow while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Hotel experience preferred; clean driving record; strong communication; ability to lift luggage; flexible with shifts; training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Excellent driving record and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and abide by traffic regulations while transporting guests to/from airport or designated sites.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner; use tickets for correct delivery.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with luggage handling.
• Provide directions to hotel facilities and nearby attractions and maintain driveway flow for access.
