Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dulles in Herndon, VA seeks an Overnight Driver (Part-Time) to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure experiences. You will transport guests, park and retrieve vehicles, greet guests, and assist with luggage while maintaining safe driveway traffic flow.

Ideal candidates have hotel-related customer service experience and an excellent driving record, with the ability to stand, walk, or sit during shifts. This on-site role offers a supportive team and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with customers with patience and tact.
• Ability to identify airline or pickup points and read luggage tags.
• Ability to lift and move luggage and packages.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit and perform tasks with or without accommodation.
• Excellent driving record as verified by MVR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the airport terminal or designated sites.
• Park or retrieve valet vehicles in a courteous, timely manner.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide directions to hotel facilities.
• Maintain driveway traffic flow and ensure ample space for loading and unloading.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with luggage handling as needed.
• Follow attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
