The role emphasizes friendly interactions, accurate ticketing, and clear communication of parking procedures while providing a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Accurately complete ticket information, collect payments, and issue claim checks as required.
