Job summary

Crest Auto Group in Frisco, TX, is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented individual to provide valet and courtesy vehicle services for guests while their vehicles are serviced.

Responsibilities include assisting managers, handling clerical tasks, coordinating with the loan car department, and delivering reliable, safe transportation to customers. Part-time with weekend hours; clean driving record required.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time and outdoors.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions (preferred, not required).
• Able to work part-time hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday).
• Basic computer knowledge is expected.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Professionally presented at all times.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, customer service focused assistance to guests and managers.
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Provide Valet service by picking up customers' personal vehicles to be serviced.
• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle when needed.
• Return vehicles to customers after service is completed.
• Transport customers to desired locations while they wait.
• Be courteous, professional, and efficient with customers and staff.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and customer service focused

• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle
• Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
• Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed

• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries
• Assist Loan Car department with courtesy vehicle inventory
