Job summary

Crest Auto Group in Frisco, TX seeks a friendly, customer-service oriented valet/concierge to assist customers and support service operations. You will greet guests, transport vehicles, provide courtesy rides, and help with loan car coordination while maintaining a professional appearance.

Ideal candidates multitask in a fast-paced environment, have basic computer skills, a clean driving record, and are available for part-time weekend hours. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required
• Able to work part time hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday)
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
• Clean Driving Record

Responsibilities

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Provide Valet service to customers by picking up their personal vehicle to be brought to service
• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle
• Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
• Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries
• Assist Loan Car department with courtesy vehicle inventory
