Job summary

Crest Volvo Cars is seeking a valet/service assistant to enhance the customer experience at our Frisco location. You will provide valet pickup and delivery for customer vehicles, arrange courtesy transportation, and ensure smooth handoffs between service and customers.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, the ability to multitask, and staying organized in a fast-paced automotive environment. Prior customer service is preferred, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Walk and stand for long periods; work outside possible.
• Clean driving record.
• Flexible hours including weekends (closed on Sunday).
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Provide valet service by picking up customers' vehicles for service.
• Provide courtesy vehicles to customers.
• Return vehicles to customers after service is completed.
• Assist customers with transportation while they wait.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and procedures.
• Coordinate with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Provide Valet service to customers by picking up their personal vehicle to be brought to service
• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle
• Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
• Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required
• Able to work Flexible hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday)
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
