Job summary

Crest Auto Group in Frisco, TX seeks a friendly and customer-service oriented valet to assist with courtesy vehicle deliveries, parking and transport of customer cars. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and help ensure a smooth service experience for all visitors.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a neat, professional appearance. This is a part-time position with weekend hours and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and work outdoors.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, customer-service focused valet service.
• Assist managers with clerical tasks as needed.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles for service, including courtesy vehicles.
• Escort customers to destinations while their cars are serviced.
• Coordinate with loan car department for valet and deliveries.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency with customers and staff.
• Familiarize with department structures and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Provide Valet service to customers by picking up their personal vehicle to be brought to service
• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle
• Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
• Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveriesAssist Loan Car department with courtesy vehicle inventory

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required
• Able to work part time hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday)
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
