Job summary

Crest Auto Group is seeking a dedicated valet/customer service associate to support our service drive. You will assist customers, transport vehicles to service, provide courtesy cars, and help with on-site tasks in a lively dealership environment.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while working closely with service and loan car teams.

Qualifications

• Multitask in fast-paced environment.

• Drive both automatic and standard transmission.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, customer-service focused assistance.
• Assist managers with clerical tasks as needed.
• Provide valet service by transporting customers’ vehicles to service.
• Provide courtesy vehicles to customers when needed.
• Return serviced vehicles to customers.
• Take customers to their desired locations during service wait times.
• Maintain friendliness, professionalism and efficiency with customers and colleagues.
• Learn departmental structures and procedures to assist customers efficiently.
• Coordinate with loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Provide Valet service to customers by picking up their personal vehicle to be brought to service
• Provide customers with a courtesy vehicle
• Bring personal vehicles back to customers once service has been completed
• Take customers to desired locations while they wait for their vehicles service to be completed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
• Work closely with the loan car department for scheduled valets and deliveries

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred not required
• Able to work Flexible hours including weekends (Closed on Sunday)
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
