Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a valet dispatcher to maintain control of the valet work area, ensure guest vehicles are properly documented, and delivered promptly. The role includes inputting guest vehicle information into the CVPS valet software system and handling keys and parking tickets.

You will assist guests with directions, locating lost vehicles, and completing lost claim forms, while keeping the work area organized and supporting various shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of general clerical experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Inputs guest vehicle information into CVPS valet software system
• Files and retrieves keys and parking tickets upon customers request
• Assist guests with completing lost claim forms, as needed

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists guests with directions and property information, as needed
• Assists with locating lost vehicles in valet
• Maintains and organizes work area

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of general clerical experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier

Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

Training Requirements:

Thorough understanding of CVPS valet software system SMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Office work environment

• Must be able to sit in front of computer screen for extended periods of time
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
