Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with loading, and park or retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. You will issue valet tickets, coordinate bell services, and ensure accurate entry of parking data into the CVPS system.

The role supports guest services across shifts in a dynamic casino environment. This position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of driving experience preferred.
• Ninety days of casino/valet experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability through company carrier.
• Strong verbal and written communication for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide valet services on arrival.
• Unload and assist with luggage; coordinate bell services as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely in assigned areas.
• Issue and process valet tickets and enter parking data into CVPS.
• Monitor vehicle traffic and assist with directions and property information.
