Biltmore is seeking a friendly Dispatcher to organize valet and bell staff and provide world-class guest service in Asheville. You will answer calls from guest rooms, front desk, and other departments, coordinating staff to greet guests and fulfill needs while maintaining knowledge of estate operations and hours.

Shifts typically 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm with weekend/holiday availability required. Prior guest service experience is preferred; strong communication and initiative are essential to

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience strongly preferred.
• Some administrative experience would be helpful in this role.
• Commitment to delivering world class guest service is essential.
• Ability to operate both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills; able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Answer the phone professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with attendants via radio or other tools.
• Sort and organize valet keys.
• Oversee rotation of room pulls and valet pulls.
• Greet guests at window and assist with needs.
• Maintain knowledge of inn activities, policies, and VIPs.
• Follow Forbes and departmental standards for Guest Services.
• Remain in assigned positions to assist guests when needed.
• Keep Valet office clean and presentable.
• Assist guests in and around the front entrance.
