Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have prior guest service experience, preferably in hotel or resort.
• Some administrative experience is helpful.
• Demonstrated commitment to world-class guest service.
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and exercises good judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English.
• Ability to learn estate history and Asheville area quickly.
• Professional telephone etiquette and clear spoken English.
• Team player in a dynamic guest-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and coordinate valet/bell staff.
• Greet guests at the window and assist with needs.
• Sort and organize valet keys and manage key audits.
• Monitor supplies and keep the valet area clean.
• Maintain knowledge of daily estate activities and policies.
• Work as a part of a rotating team to cover shifts.
