Job summary

Metropolis Technologies seeks a Valet Dispatcher to coordinate parking operations and vehicle retrieval for guests. You will ensure timely dispatch, manage guest wait times, and securely handle vehicle keys while guiding guests with local directions and rates.

You will also communicate with customers, report incidents, maintain uniformed appearance, and support supervisors with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: potential 2nd/3rd shift and weekends as needed.
• Language Skills: read, write simple correspondence; basic customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Valet Attendants to park and retrieve guest vehicles on time.
• Monitor guest wait times to meet service standards.
• Secure and keep track of all guest vehicle keys.
• Process valet payments if applicable.
• Answer telephone with proper etiquette.
• Inform customers of valet rates and local routes.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and courteously.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to Supervisors/Manager.
• Assist Ramp Supervisor in keeping ramp area clear.
• Maintain cleanliness around garage office.
• Be on time for all shifts and wear complete uniform.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
