Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than High School or 1 month experience; prior valet driving preferred.
• Must have valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Able to work varied shifts including potential 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet attendants to park or retrieve guest vehicles promptly.
• Monitor guest wait times to meet service standards.
• Secure and track all guest vehicle keys.
• Accept and process valet fees if applicable.
• Answer calls courteously and inform guests about rates and directions.
• Maintain knowledge of local streets and landmarks for directions.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist in keeping the ramp and garage area clean and organized.
• Arrive on time and wear full uniform during shifts.
