Metropolis Technologies is seeking a motivated Valet driver to provide exceptional customer service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles. You will interact with guests, explain pricing, and ensure a smooth, courteous experience at every step.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and current address.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability for 2nd or 3rd shifts if needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to convey information clearly to customers and co-workers.
• Basic math to add, subtract, and handle currency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise by resolving client requests and concerns promptly.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure a smooth experience.
• Arrive in a clean uniform and be ready to work on time.
• Maintain uniform throughout the shift and assist with duties as assigned.
