The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hospitality or customer service with leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with hotel management software.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using hotel management software.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Certification or ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness (TIPS).
• Must hold or be able to obtain Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision for hotel operations and assist supervisors and managers.
• Offer leadership coverage to spa and gift shop as needed.
• Assist in training and mentoring hotel, spa, and gift shop team members.
• Maintain high guest service standards and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Assist in scheduling, workforce management, and budget-related tasks.
• Pursue professional development and stay updated on industry trends.
