Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for seasonal ski valet positions at Beaver Creek. The role focuses on creating a welcoming first impression, timely delivery and retrieval of skis, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Starting pay is $20/hour, with opportunities for tips in tipped roles and housing available. Both full-time and part-time hours are offered in a winter seasonal capacity (2026/2027), with a focus on weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Experience in guest-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promptly deliver skis to members and manage ski storage and retrieval with care.
• Maintain inventory and log daily activity, while greeting guests in a friendly manner.
