Job summary

Wind Creek Atmore is seeking a Front Services Runner to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and manage valet operations with care and speed. The role requires a strong sense of hospitality, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license. You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, upholding safety and guest service standards.

You must be 21+, pass a skills test, and consent to background checks including MVR. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; may enroll in GED program.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass a skills test with at least 70% accuracy.
• Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles; manual transmission preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stand for long shifts.
• Must pass MVR check and have a valid driver's license.
• DUI conviction within the last 3 years disqualifies the applicant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and project a positive image.
• Open guest car doors and assist with luggage as needed.
• Process valet tickets and document vehicle conditions accurately.
• Keep office areas, lobby, parking lots and front drive clean and orderly.
• Explain parking options and guide guests to front desk or rooms.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and uphold service standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and operate standard office equipment when required.
