Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and area information.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; provide receipts and maintain accurate records.
• Manage parking operations: handle keys, guest folios, and billing processes.
• Keep cashier area and surrounding spaces clean and organized; complete shift reports.
• Verify vehicle keys, locations, and inspect for damage when applicable.
