Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Valet Cashier to secure guest keys and accurately collect and reconcile revenue while delivering exceptional hospitality with a friendly, attentive approach. The role emphasizes cash handling, time awareness, and professional guest interactions at the parking facility.

Qualifications

• One to three months related customer service experience and/or training.
• Cashier/cash handling experience preferred.
• Must understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Must be able to read and write standard English language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients; greet guests using last names when possible and friendly salutations.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about outlets, meeting rooms, and area attractions.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; categorize tickets for audits; complete shift reports and follow cash procedures.
• Operate register, gate, and card machines; collect revenue for overnight parking; manage guest keys and folios.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; complete tasks on schedule as directed by the Account Manager.
• Collect claim checks, verify vehicle location and inspect damage before issuing keys.
