Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 1–3 months related customer service experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Cashier/cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Understand 24-hour and military time systems; understand rates.
• Skills: Ability to read/write English; basic math; communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Scope: Routine duties with established procedures; follow guidelines.
• Budget: Limited resource control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide facility information.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; issue receipts; maintain shift reports; follow cash procedures.
• Operate register, gate and card machine; collect revenue for overnight parking; manage keys and folios.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; complete tasks timely as directed by management.
• Collect claim checks and tickets; verify vehicle location and damage before issuing keys.
