You will greet guests, collect payment according to posted rates, and ensure proper key management while maintaining a clean, professional work area. Weekend shifts with 3-11pm or 7am-3pm are typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1-3 months related customer service experience and/or training; cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer questions, provide directions, reservations, and local information.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; issue receipts; maintain accurate shift reports.
