Job summary

Ace Parking is seeking a Valet Captain to lead a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will coordinate events, uphold core values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability, and ensure smooth operations in our Atlanta location.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, plus daily hands-on valet and customer service experience. Full-time availability and a team-oriented mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Act as liaison between management and customer service teams.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and secure keys.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Greet guests professionally and communicate procedures and fees.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support peak times.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with needs.
