Sycuan is seeking a Valet/Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, manage valet parking, assist with luggage, and provide on/off-site transportation. You will help ensure a premium arrival-to-departure experience and support shuttle operations for team members.

Qualifications

• California Driver's License in good standing required.
• 6 months guest service experience required.
• High School Diploma / GED desirable.
• Bell and Door service experience at premium hotel desirable.
• Experience in a gaming environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest valet parking: collect keys, inspect vehicle, tag, park, and retrieve with proper receipts.
• Log guest information into the valet system and ensure accuracy.
• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and log wheelchair usage when needed.
• Offer bell and door attendant service, transport luggage, and inform guests about features.
• Provide on/off-site transportation for tribal, casino, and resort guests.
• Monitor shuttle routes and ensure passenger safety.

Join our team as a Valet/Bell Attendant!

In this dynamic, guest‑focused role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our resort—parking vehicles with care, assisting guests with luggage, providing smooth on‑and off‑site transportation, and ensuring our team members arrive safely via shuttle service. From greeting guests with a warm smile to delivering exceptional bell service and operating a variety of vehicles, you’ll play a key part in creating a seamless, premium experience from arrival to departure.

Job Purpose:

Parks cars for guests, monitors team member shuttle routes, provides on and off-site transportation, and provides bell services

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides guests with valet parking service by collecting key from guest, giving guest identification receipt, placing matching identification tag on key and vehicle, inspecting vehicle for existing damage and recording information according to established procedures, parking vehicle, collecting receipt when guest requests vehicle, matching receipt and identification tags on key and vehicle, retrieving vehicle for guest, and entering guest information into Computerized Valet Parking System following established procedures. - 30%
• Promotes guest relations by treating guests in a friendly and courteous manner, promptly greeting guests with a smile, assigning and logging wheelchair usage for guests, and notifying the Transportation Shift Manager of any guest complaints. - 20%
• Provides hotel guests with bell and door attendant service by greeting guests upon arrival, showing them to the hotel front desk, transporting guest’s luggage to and from their room, informing guests of room features and technology, casino and hotel amenities, events and promotions, storing guest luggage as requested, opening main hotel doors for departing guests, and thanking guests upon departure. - 20%
• Provides tribal, casino, and resort guests with on and off-site transportation by driving transportation vehicles off-site, picking up tribal, casino, resort, and/or marketing department guests, and driving guests to requested destination. - 10%
• Monitors team member shuttle routes by riding assigned busses, monitoring and ensuring passenger safety during transport, collecting information from team members and guests according to established procedures, assisting guests with club card related inquiries, and assisting guests on and off the bus. - 10%
• Maintains safe transportation practices by driving within established speed limits and observing safety precautions at all times. - 10%

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience:

Essential:

• California Drivers License in good standing
• 6 months guest service experience

Desirable:

• High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, or G.E.D.
• Bell and Door service experience at a premium hotel
• Experience in a gaming environment
