Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a courteous Valet Attendant to safely park guests' cars and interact with guests in a friendly, positive manner. You will follow all company standards and procedures to ensure exemplary service.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for damage, parking accurately, securing keys, keeping driveways clear, delivering cars promptly in same condition, and assisting guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's core values and demonstrating Exemplary Service Standards at all times.
• Responsible for recording any damage that exists on the guest's automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle.
• Responsible to properly and accurately park the guest's vehicle in correct parking lot spaces.
• Responsible for locking guest's vehicles and correctly securing the keys.
• Responsible for keeping the driveway clear of any cars that need to be parked.
• Responsible for returning the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.
• Handle guest luggage with care during hotel check in and check out.
