Job summary

Four Queens Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly valet attendant who will park and retrieve guests' vehicles and ensure a high level of guest service at all times.

You will follow all safety and departmental procedures for parking, assist guests with directions and hotel services, maintain accurate vehicle logs, and present a professional image through your appearance and conduct. Regular attendance and a willingness to take on additional duties are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that all policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guests' vehicles are followed.
• Offers information to guests regarding directions, transportation, and hotel services.
• Follows departmental procedures to ensure that call vehicles are parked and accurately accounted for.
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must represent the company in a friendly and professional manner

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both in written and verbal form. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to inform guest of the hotel's facilities and services available.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public is required.
• Must be 18 years of age and be able to obtain all necessary work cards. Must be able to drive all types of vehicles and be in possession of a current driver's license. Must have a recent clean driving record.
