Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is hiring a Valet Attendant for Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital in Houston, TX. The role pays $16.00 per hour with a Monday through Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm schedule. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, documenting vehicle conditions, collecting fees, and coordinating with the team and supervisors to maintain efficiency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination (eye-hand, hand-foot).
• Ability to move between valet stand and customer cars for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full valet service from arrival to departure (greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, enter info).
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely with accurate tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador, opening doors and assisting with belongings.
• Maintain vehicle safety, direct traffic, monitor areas, arrange towing when needed.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
