Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Valet Attendant for Texas Children's Hospital Wallace Tower in Houston, TX. This full-time role offers $14.00 per hour plus tips, with shifts Monday–Friday across multiple start times.

The incumbent will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide top-notch customer service. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and guest experience, reporting to the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide courteous, prompt customer service and directions as needed.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading personal items.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security and direct traffic when required.
• Process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests.
