Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must pass background check per policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States with eligible documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver prompt, courteous customer service and directions as needed.
• Open doors and assist with unloading and loading items.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and arrange towing when required.
• Process valet fees and help reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents to the Manager or Shift Lead.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
