Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant for full-time or part-time shifts at Wells Fargo Plaza in Houston. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, manage tickets, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.

Flexible shifts include 1-8pm and 2-8pm, with tips potential. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and be able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate guest vehicles and manual transmission.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, manage keys and tickets.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, track locations, and document conditions.
• Provide courteous guest interactions and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Request and process valet fees and help reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Report incidents to supervisor and communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
