Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is hiring a Valet Attendant for Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. The role focuses on safe, efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles with top-tier customer service.

Shift: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm; pay: $16.00 per hour. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. Beneficial experience in valet and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests clearly.
• Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, handle tickets, and enter information.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Open vehicle doors and assist with loading/unloading personal items.
• Maintain safety, direct traffic, and monitor areas for security.
