Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver attentive service with energy, confidence, and a polished appearance across indoor and outdoor settings.

This non-exempt, hourly position offers variable shifts (full-time or part-time), tips on top of base pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service attitude and a willingness to help are mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Manage traffic flow and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in valet areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
