You’ll contribute to a first-rate guest experience with energy, confidence, and attentiveness, while adhering to safety and company guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, dependable attendance, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Clean background check required; no special certifications needed.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work well with the team to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, and uphold PMC standards of safety and professionalism.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support operations and attend required trainings.
