Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant to provide courteous, efficient valet services for luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, manage traffic flow, and uphold safety and branding standards.

The role is non-exempt and combines hourly pay with tips, with shifts that include full-time and part-time opportunities. Training and career development are available within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while following safety procedures.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism and deliver high-quality service.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and groomed before clocking in.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
