Job summary

Modus by PM Hotel Group in Leesburg, VA is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and park vehicles. You will be one of the first and last impressions guests have, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay.

Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and the ability to operate automatic/manual vehicles are essential, with prior valet/hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions if required.
• Previous valet, bell service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide professional service throughout their stay.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following valet procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage, loading, unloading, delivering and storing bags.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Transport guests using the hotel’s private vehicle to approved destinations when assigned.
• Support Front Desk with guest requests and check-in/check-out assistance.
• Provide directions and local recommendations; help with transportation arrangements.
• Keep valet area, entrance, lobby and luggage storage clean and organized.
• Maintain valet tickets, keys and parking records per procedures.
