Parking Management Company, LLC is hiring a Valet Attendant for luxury hotel, resort, and events settings. You will warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver a polished guest experience with energy and attentiveness.

This non-exempt, full-time/part-time role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and professional presentation while handling tips and base pay in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check must be clean; no special certifications necessary.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles with safety and efficiency while delivering friendly guest service.
• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations.
• Maintain clean valet areas and follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Assist guests with questions and coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations.
