Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC delivers exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information at our Maine location.

Shifts run 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm; compensation is hourly with tips. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience are required to join our team in a role that values service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide directions and information about area amenities.
• Manage ticketing, key tags, and cash handling as needed.
