Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training; related education acceptable.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage ticketing and payments.
• Maintain professional appearance and interactions with guests and coworkers.
