Responsibilities include explaining rates, managing guest interactions, and supporting bell services. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with prior customer service experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic cash handling and POS procedures.
• Ability to read and write standard English; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly hospitality service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures clearly to guests.
• Take and deliver messages and items when requested.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and guest folios, including keys and claim checks.
• Support bell services and shuttle operations as required.
